I can't sleep. Just saw Fight Club. Creative direction and story telling (descent into madness), crummy subject--a whiner whining about his whiney life. Get a life you whiney gen-Xer!

Well, I thought I'd give it try. The movie's got a bit of a cult following and I thought I'd keep an open mind.
I don't know what I was thinking when I rented "Red Eye," though. Formulaic and so full of clichés it was almost a funny parody of the genre. Got any good movie recommendations?
